1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the jl3com website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the jl3com Platform following any modification to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. jl3com reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the jl3com Platform, including registered members, guests, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the Platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To be eligible to use the jl3com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of jl3com or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close relative of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the jl3com Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in gaming activities harmful to you.

jl3com reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on the jl3com Platform, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the jl3com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances held therein, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, you must contact jl3com support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jl3com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jl3com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl3com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. jl3com reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl3com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at jl3com's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jl3com does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jl3com account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jl3com account. jl3com aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one to three business days for bank transfers. jl3com reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending fraud checks, bonus wagering requirement verification, or KYC compliance.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jl3com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl3com does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jl3com reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy. Members will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the jl3com Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming any wager. jl3com will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where jl3com determines that a manifest error has occurred.

5.2 Manifest Errors

jl3com reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including but not limited to typographical errors, system errors, or odds that were clearly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the member's account.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. jl3com reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual members or markets at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Suspicious Activity

jl3com reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated betting software, or any other activity that jl3com determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play. Any winnings derived from such activity may be forfeited.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jl3com offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• jl3com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or placing offsetting bets — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account along with any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl3com Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl3com staff or other members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl3com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jl3com or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jl3com Platform without the prior written consent of jl3com.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

jl3com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the jl3com Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Suspension & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Member

You may close your jl3com account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by jl3com

jl3com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• jl3com suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• jl3com is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority;
• Your account has been identified as a duplicate of another account;
• jl3com determines that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms and Conditions, jl3com reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jl3com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl3com Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl3com's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content of the Platform.

The jl3com Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jl3com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude jl3com's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl3com operates in alignment with the guidelines and regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jl3com Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl3com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jl3com will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the jl3com Platform following the publication of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
